Each dog leash and collar is custom built upon every single order, therefore we don't stock any leashes pre-made. Because we do so, we are responsive to your wishes when it comes down to the individual design, to handcraft original der.festmacher goods for your pup.

Our regular dog leashes come at a total length of 2 meters (6 1/2 ft).

Slip Leads are built at 2.5 meters (little more than 8 ft) and agility leaches, which are especially great for dog training purposes, come with a shorter length of 1.10 meters (nearly 4 ft), inclusive the collar part for both models.

If you wish to have a more simple version, where a knotted wrist strap is already formed, the final leash will be 30 cm (1 ft) shorter in total length.

Total length of our regular dog leashes is 2 meters (6 1/2 ft), with a snap hook spliced into both leash ends.

The symmetrical outline of this model makes it exceptionally versatile. 

In case you need to leash your dog quickly - you can do this with each leash end. With the other leash end you can form a wrist strap  - or you can shorten the leash to a max. of 1/2 of its original length...

 ... if you like, you can also leash two dogs at the same time with this model, as shown in this pic.

Upon request we also make a more simple version of the a.m. regular leash.

The total length of this leash model is 1.70 meter (5 1/2 ft). At one end we splice a snap shackle into the rope sheet, the other end is outfitted with a knotted wrist strap.

Slip leads are great training tools for dogs, they are often used by dog trainers or at veterinarian hospitals.

They are very handy when it comes to quickly leash or unleash your pooch, because you don't have to strap the regular collar first plus put the leash on. However, even when slip leads are very easy to use, they are not a 100% replacement for a regular leash and collar.

We make our slip leads with an adjustable keeper, so that when your dog is pulling on the lead, the collar becomes a little tighter. If your dog stops pulling, the collar lets loose again.

The total length is 2.50 meters (around 8 ft - collar part included), where a snap hook is already spliced into the rope sheet. This makes it easy to either form a wrist strap or you can shorten it down to 1/2 or its original length.

Do you wish to have a shorter or extended version, e.g. for training purposes or to have a hands free version (can be perfect for hiking or jogging together with your pup)? Please just let us know, we will just make your customized model. Another good news is, that for up to one feet more material we charge no extras!

If you wish to have your slip lead with a knotted wrist strap, this model will be 30 cm shorter (1 ft) in total length. This model cannot be shortened for your convenience.

Our agility leashes work similar like the a.m. slip leads, they always come with an adjustable keeper, to make it easier especially for strong dogs learning not to pull on the lead.
